So, as I mentioned earlier, each box contains four essential oils. The Simply Earth September 2025 box includes each of the following essential oils.
Balsam Fir Essential Oil
Balsam fir essential oil is often used in aromatherapy to relieve respiratory issues such as congestion and coughing.
It can also be applied topically (when diluted) to soothe sore muscles, reduce joint pain, and ease stiffness, making it useful for post-workout recovery or arthritis relief.

Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil is extremely versatile! It can be used aromatically and topically. It’s well known for helping with allergy, digestive, and energy issues.
Everyone should have peppermint in their essential oil collection!
Cajeput Essential Oil
Cajeput essential oil is a refreshing, camphorous oil steam-distilled from the leaves and twigs of the Melaleuca cajuputi tree, a relative of tea tree and eucalyptus.
Known for its powerful antiseptic, decongestant, and anti-inflammatory properties, cajeput oil is often used in respiratory blends to ease coughs, colds, and sinus issues.
Resilience Essential Oil Blend
Resilience is a custom blend made by Simply Earth. It’s made with ho wood, frankincense, black spruce, and blue tansy essential oils.
It smells terrific, and you only need to add a few drops in your diffuser to make the whole room smell amazing!
So that is it for the essential oils.
The box also contains a black spray nozzle, body wash powder, a homemade paper tube, lavender hydrosol, labels, and recipe cards.

I was a little unsure about how these cleaning wipes were going to turn out but they actually work really well.
They smell great and suprisingly have a lot of cleaning power.
I will definitely be making these on a regular basis!
Tummy Soothe Roll-On
Every Simply Earth box includes a recipe for a roller blend. The Simply Earth September 2025 box includes a recipe for a tummy soothe roll-on.
The tummy soothe roll-on can help calm nerves and soothe an upset tummy. To use, simply roll it onto your stomach using circular motions.
Rooted Clarity Diffuser Blend
Every Simply Earth recipe box also includes a custom diffuser blend. The September box includes a recipe for the rooted clarity diffuser blend.
It includes a few drops of peppermint essential oil, balsam fir essential oil, and the resilience blend, and I honestly can’t even believe how good it smells!
I’ve been diffusing it every day ever since the first day I diffused it.
Lavender Everyday Spray
This lavender everyday spray was super easy to put together. All I had to do was attach the spray nozzle that is included in the box to the bottle of lavender hydrosol.
It smells really good and can be used as an air freshener, facial mist, fabric refresher, and more!
Resilient Start Body Wash
This body wash was really easy to make and only took a few minutes. It smells so good and lathers really well.
It is made with gentle, natural ingredients to cleanse and hydrate your skin without harsh chemicals. Infused with moisturizing oils, it leaves your skin feeling soft, refreshed, and beautifully balanced—perfect for everyday use.
