3 | Instant Pot
Buy someone an instant pot and they will become your instant best friend.
An instant pot is a 7 in 1, multi-use kitchen appliance. It’s a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté, yogurt maker, and warmer all in one.
Many health-conscious people tend to spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing meals from scratch. The instant pot saves you so much time in the kitchen.
If the person you’re shopping for already owns an instant pot, get them an instant pot cookbook instead. A few I recommend are below.
As someone who is obsessed with my instant pot, I’m always searching for new recipes to make in it. So I think an instant pot cookbook would make a great gift!
4 | Blender
Blenders are perfect for those loved ones who love to make protein shakes or smoothies. I personally use mine every day!
But not all blenders are created equal. Some blenders do a better job of blending than others. The blenders I recommend are shown below.
The Ninja Professional is a great blender! Check out the reviews on Amazon. And it’s less than $80. Check it out here!
The Vitamix is what many would consider the holy grail of blenders. I don’t own one but it has been on my wish list for quite some time.
The Vitamix is a commercial-grade blender that blends to perfection. Click here to learn all about it!

5 | Essential Oils
Not every health nut is into essential oils and that’s what makes essential oils such a great gift. You can help your friend take their health to another level.
Essential oils are amazing. If you’re not familiar with them you can read this post to learn more. A few essential oil gifts I recommend are below.
This kit from Plant Therapy includes 7 single oils and 7 blends. It’s great for those just getting started with essential or those just needing to restock their supply.
I love Eden’s Garden. This is one of my favorite kits. Check it out here!
A Simply Earth Subscription box is the gift that keeps on giving. Each month that special someone will receive a wellness box full of everything they need to make six natural, essential oil recipes.
You get $150 worth of products for only $39.99!
But it gets even better, if you use the code HAPPYHEARTFREE you will receive a big bonus box, an essential oil recipe box, and a $40 Simply Earth gift card good towards a future purchase.

6 | Essential Oil Diffuser
If your friend is already into essential oils, then you should get them an essential oil diffuser. I’m a big fan of the diffusers sold by Young Living. I currently own the Aria diffuser and the Desert Mist diffuser.
Amazon has a great selection of essential oil diffusers. I actually have a few I purchased from Amazon. They’re definitely not as beautiful as the ones available from Young Living but they get the job done.
This one works great and it’s less than $20. You can buy it here!
This one also works great and would make an amazing gift. Click here to check it out!

9 | Thrive Market Membership
I love Thrive Market! They sell many healthy, toxin-free foods and products at a discounted price. They do have a membership fee similar to Costco but in my opinion, it is 100% worth it and I think it would make a great gift!
To be honest the only reason I signed up with Thrive Market was that they were offering a free trial membership plus 25% off my first purchase.
I had every intention of canceling my account after that initial purchase but once I saw how great their prices were I decided it was completely worth the membership fee and I’ve been a member ever since.
The membership fee is $59.95 a year which is less than $5 a month. If you are interested in purchasing a Thrive Market membership as a gift you can click this link and whoever you give it to will receive 25% off their first purchase.

10 | Health & Wellness Books
I’m a total health nerd. I love reading books related to health and wellness. And that’s why I believe health and wellness books make excellent gifts for health nuts. A few of my favorites are below.
How Not to Die examines the fifteen top causes of premature death in America–heart disease, various cancers, diabetes, Parkinson’s, high blood pressure, and more.
The author explains how nutritional and lifestyle interventions can sometimes trump prescription pills and other pharmaceutical and surgical approaches to help prevent and reverse these diseases, freeing us to live healthier lives.
In Grain Brain, renowned neurologist David Perlmutter, MD, exposes a finding that’s been buried in the medical literature for far too long: carbs are destroying your brain.
Even so-called healthy carbs like whole grains can cause dementia, ADHD, epilepsy, anxiety, chronic headaches, depression, decreased libido, and much more.
In his bestselling book Eat Dirt, functional medicine practitioner Dr. Josh Axe explains the hidden causes and widespread effects of leaky gut syndrome and offers a program to heal the gut and restore health in five easy steps.
I really hope these gifts for health nuts helped you find the perfect gift for your loved one. Let me know in the comments below which gift you plan on buying!
