Simply Earth October 2020 Recipe Box
Simply Earth essential oils are 100% pure. They do not add any bases, carriers, paraffins, or additives to any of their oils. They also test every batch to ensure 100% purity.
This month’s box included the following full-size essential oils.
Although, I did receive this recipe box for free, please know all opinions expressed are 100% my own.
Autumn Air Essential Oil Blend 15ml
This blend smells so good and is perfect to diffuse during the fall months. It includes a blend of lemon, orange, balsam fir, ho wood, and cassia essential oils.
I love this blend because it’s different than most fall blends that are usually filled with cinnamon and clove.
Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend
Breathe Easy is another custom Simply Earth blend. It helps to clear nasal passages.
It includes a blend of fir needle, cedarwood, frankincense, and myrrh essential oils.
We have had wild fires burning all around us here in Southern California which has taken a huge toll on our air quality as well as our sinuses. So I have been diffusing this like crazy and it has been helping A LOT!
Mandarin Essential Oil 15ml
I am obsessed with citrus essential oils so I am always so happy to see them in the Simply Earth recipe boxes.
Mandarin essential oil is very uplifting. It’s also great for cleaning and for use in diy skincare products.
Honestly, I just inhale it straight out of the bottle all through out the day. I love it!
Eucalyptus Essential Oil 15ml
Eucalyptus is a great oil to have on hand as we enter the cold and flu season. It works great at clearing nasal passages.
It can also be very energizing as well!
The box also included cards for the following recipes:
- Exfoliating Body Polish
- Cleansing Foot Soak
- Natural Hydrating Body Spray
- Muscle Soothing Roll On
- The Best Natural Lotion Recipe
- It’s Fall Y’all Diffuser Blend
And a few extra ingredients and supplies for the recipes as well.
It’s Fall Y’all Diffuser Blend
One of the first things I put together was this amazing diffuser blend. It made my whole house smell absolutely amazing!
Natural Hydrating Body Spray
I love a good all natural body spray. A few years ago I threw out all my store bought body sprays and perfumes. So I’m always looking for new ways to smell good naturally.
This body spray took about 15 minutes to make and it smells really good. It’s made with the Breathe Easy essential oil blend.
Muscle Soothing Roll On
I was really excited about this roll on. We have been doing a lot of different renovations in our home and my body has been aching.
This roll on includes a combination of eucalyptus and mandarin oil. I applied it to my shoulders and neck area where I was experiencing discomfort and it was incredibly soothing.
Cleansing Foot Soak
This cleansing foot soak only took me a few minutes to put together. It’s made with epsom salt, coconut oil, Autumn Air essential oil blend and eucalyptus essential oil.
I haven’t tried it yet but I plan to tonight. I can’t wait!
I ran out of time and wasn’t able to put together the other two recipes. Hopefully, I can get to those this weekend.
