Essential Oils for Focus & Concentration
Many essential oils have been scientifically proven to boost cognitive function. You can learn about my favorite essential oils for focus and concentration below.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil is one of my favorite essential oils. It’s highly versatile, which is why it is one of the best essential oils for beginners.
Peppermint essential oil is very uplifting and can really help clear your mind. A 2016 study even suggests it effectively prevents physical and mental fatigue.
Rosemary Essential Oil
There are many benefits and uses of rosemary essential oil. It’s a highly versatile oil and a must-have for any and every essential oil lover. I love to use it in my hair, but it’s also excellent for increasing energy!
It can also stimulate mental activity—helping you to focus and fight mental fatigue.
A recent study on school children confirmed rosemary essential oil can improve focus and concentration. You can click here to check out the study.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Sweet orange essential oil is one of my absolute favorite essential oils. Mainly because I just love the smell so much!
But sweet orange is also very grounding and calming, which can help quiet the mind and boost cognitive function.
Vetiver Essential Oil

Like orange essential oil, vetiver is very calming. It can help quiet the mind and boost cognitive function.

Focus Roller Blend Ingredients
To make your own focus essential oil roller blend, you’ll just need the items listed below.

- 10ml Glass Roller Bottle
If you don’t already have a 10ml roller bottle on hand, I recommend these ones or these ones.
Whatever you decide to use, make sure it is made of glass. Plastic rollers should never be used with essential oils.
Pure essential oils are very potent, and the plastic may begin to deteriorate and leach into the essential oils over time.

Need Essential Oils?
Not all essential oils are created equal. Many essential oils being sold today are synthetic. Your body processes synthetic oils as a toxin, which does not help your body but actually works against it.
So please do your research before purchasing essential oils.
There are many essential oil companies that sell high-quality essential oils. I used to use Young Living oils exclusively but I just couldn’t afford to use them anymore. I was pleasantly surprised to discover several brands that sell amazing, high-quality essential oils at very affordable prices.
I highly recommend Simply Earth, Plant Therapy, or Far & Wild essential oils. These three brands sell high-quality oils at affordable prices. I’ve been using these brands for years, and they are amazing!
