Focus Essential Oil Roller Blend
Anyone struggle with focus and concentration? I know I do.
It can be really frustrating. Especially when you are trying to work or be productive. And, physically you’re ready to get stuff done but mentally you just can’t get it together.
My autoimmune disease is one of the main reasons I struggle so much with foggy brain and mental fatigue.
I try to do all I can to improve my focus and concentration. I eat healthy, I get good sleep, I workout. But sometimes it’s just not enough.
That’s when I turn to my essential oils. When essential oils are used in combination with the things I mentioned above, they can give your brain a little boost and significantly improve your cognitive function.

Essential Oils for Focus & Concentration
Many essential oils have been scientifically proven to boost cognitive function. You can learn about my favorite essential oils for focus and concentration below.
Peppermint | Peppermint essential oil is one of my favorite essential oils. It’s highly versatile and that is why it is one of the best essential oils for beginners.
Peppermint essential oil is very uplifting and can really help to clear your mind. A 2016 study even suggests it is effective in preventing physical and mental fatigue.
Rosemary | Rosemary essential oil is another highly versatile essential oil. It’s great for hair, it’s great for the immune system and it can even give you a little energy boost.
And, it can also help you focus. A recent study on school children confirmed rosemary can improve focus and concentration.
You can click here to check out the study.
Sweet Orange | Sweet orange is one of my absolute favorite essential oils. Mainly because I just love the smell so much!
But sweet orange is also very grounding and calming. Which can help quiet the mind and boost cognitive function.
Vetiver | Vetiver is hands down my favorite essential oil for focus and concentration. I’m not a huge fan of the scent but because it has so many benefits I use it often.
A 2001 study suggests vetiver essential oil may be effective at treating children with ADHD. You can read the study here.
Similar to orange essential oil, vetiver is also very calming which can help quiet the mind and boost cognitive function.
