Detox Tea Tips
Before you try any of the teas above or any detox teas for that matter I would like to share a few tips.
Take it slow
When you first try anything new it’s best to take it slow. Some of the teas above contain very powerful ingredients. I would suggest drinking one cup and waiting a day or two to see if you have any type of negative reaction before you have another cup.
And even if you do not have a negative reaction I would still suggest not drinking too many cups in one day. Otherwise you might be in the bathroom all day if you know what I mean!
Listen to your body
Make sure you pay attention to your body and the way you feel when trying detox tea for the first time. When are bodies starts the detox process we can sometimes feel ill or unwell. But if you become extremely sick I would highly suggest discontinuing use.
Don’t Expect Miracles
Although these detox teas have many health benefits they are not going to cure all your health problems. So make sure you have realistic expectations. These teas actually work best when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise routine.
Let me know if you decide to try any of these detox teas. I would love to hear your experience 🙂
